1. Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping that account secure. One person per account, and the plan you buy covers the generations made from your account.
2. Plans and credits
Pro includes 2,500 credits per month and Premier 10,000 credits per month, refreshed at the start of each billing period. Included credits do not carry over between periods; purchased top-up credits do not expire but need an active subscription to use.
3. Billing and renewals
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. Yearly plans are charged once a year at the discounted rate shown on the pricing page. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
4. Commercial use
Pro and Premier subscribers receive commercial use rights for songs created while their subscription is active, and remain responsible for following the rules of any platform they publish on.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create content that infringes someone else is rights, impersonates a real artist without permission, or violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the generation queue.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow the refund policy published on this site.
